Sela Roofing and Remodeling, Inc. wishes to address certain allegations concerning the conduct of Amit Sela as recently reported in the press.  To confirm media accounts, the Company had absolutely no knowledge of or involvement in Amit Sela’s actions, and was unaware that certain funds were being paid for his benefit without Company authorization. 

When these issues were discovered, the Company took immediate action; Amit Sela repaid the Company for all of the payments in question and subsequently relinquished all involvement in Company operations. The Company wishes to stress that these internal issues had no adverse impact on our customers, nor does the Company have reason to believe that any legal action against Amit Sela will impact present or future operations.  Further, Sela Roofing and Remodeling, Inc. has provided full cooperation to investigative authorities and no allegations of wrongdoing have been asserted against the Company, or its other officers or employees.

Sela Roofing and Remodeling, Inc has provided excellent work product and quality service for more than 25 years, as evidenced by thousands of satisfied customers. 

We remain dedicated to serving our customers with integrity. We apologize to our clientele and business partners for the concerns raised, and give our assurance that these developments have not and will not impact the high standards of work product or service that are synonymous with the Sela brand.
